Sungold Estate unfolds new housing projects in Abuja
SPURRED by the need to reduce housing deficit in the country, Messrs SunGold Estate Limited has begun the construction of two housing projects in the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.
The projects christened Lenox Apartments and Splendour Apartments are located at Gaduwa and Durumi districts of Abuja respectively. The new projects are coming on the heels of the launch of Sungold Signature Apartments project.
Lenox Apartments comprises block of 14 units, which is already selling at an off plan price with discount consideration for outright purchase. Facilities include Intercom connection, fitted kitchens, electric fencing, CCTV, Centralised water supply system, ample parking space, streetlights, recreational area.
The Splendour Apartments also consists of a block of 16 units also selling at an off plan price with similar facilities with Lenox Apartments and a swimming pool. The projects are already under construction, with a completion period of 11 months.
