IN demonstration of its quest to become Nigeria’s frontline real estate development firm, Lekki Gardens has again, unveiled its second residential estate in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Abuja.

Christened The Paradise, the new estate is situated in the Life Camp neighbourhood of Gwarinpa, with access to major parts of the City through the Central Business District (CBD), which is only few minutes away.

The Paradise will offer an array of well designed built apartments, uniquely configured semi-detached and impressive fully detached houses mostly coming in shell units to allow owners opportunity to express their own taste in finishing.

The Paradise is a new lifestyle community conceived to provide Abuja’s growing upwardly mobile middle class the rare privilege of owning choice homes at extremely low prices just like we have done in Lagos and Port Harcourt,” Christy Amida, Chief Operating Officer, Lekki Gardens said.

Amida further explained that the new project was necessitated by the demand on the firm’s debut project – Games Paradise –, which sold out in barely one month after it was launched.   “The Games Paradise was launched in May 2015 and is literally sold out.

The reception we received in Abuja was overwhelming and this informed our decision to launch the Paradise, Life Camp,” Amida said, adding that new estate will no doubt avail homebuyers and investors a new opportunity to become property owners in the city.

A 2-bedroom apartment attracts N13.5 million, while a 4-bedroom semi-detached house would go for N22.5 million with substantial discount for units purchased on or before August 11, 2015.

Other house types available at the estate include 5- bedroom semi-detached houses at N28.5 million, 5-bedroom maisonette at N29 million and 6 bedroom massionette at N36.5 million.

The Paradise will boast of state-of-the-art amenities and facilities that include children’s playground, cycling trail, green area and well-manicured gardens, clubhouse and a fully automated gate.

It would be recalled that the firm recently said it aims to deliver at least 100,000 housing units in the next two to three years, even as it targets the 1 million mark by 2023.

This goal, the firm says informed its decision to pace its growth, become more open and effectively structure its business model to enable it leverage on some emerging innovations in the sector such as the Nigerian Mortgage Refinance Company (NMRC) and the Capital market. Lekki Gardens Estate is one of the fastest growing property development company in Nigeria, with a clear vision to bridge the huge gap in the mid-income residential market.

The firm is currently Nigeria’s real estate power house brand with a total of 48 projects, 16,800 housing offerings, 9,000 houses sold and 5,000 delivered in 4 strategic areas of the country – Abuja, Lagos, Ogun, and Rivers.
