A NEW entrant into the business of property development has unveiled its ultra modern estate, christened By His Grace (BHG) in Iperu Remo, Ogun State.

The estate promoted by Salter Weightronix Nigeria Company is to be commissioned later in the month.
It sits on a land area of 4, 207 Square Metres.

Speaking with Journalists on the project, the company’s Chief Executive officer (CEO), Mr. Mofopefoluwa Joseph said the estate, which is between 35 and 45 minutes drive to Ibadan and Lagos is designed for the middle class, who works in the Remo Division of Ogun State, outsiders and those who live abroad.

He said “the estate is a product of a vision to provide the middle class and others the best they can get in terms of accommodation anywhere in this country.”

According to him, “That is why By His Grace Estate offers world class amenities and infrastructure comparable with what you can get in similar estates in Europe and America.

“These include a central waste system, underground electrical cable, central water supply, paved roads, central security with CCTV camera, Multi Purpose hall, Supermarket, street lights, Nursery/ Primary School, electric perimeter wired fencing, and more.”
The CEO added that the estate offers nine units of one-bedroom flats, three units of two bedroom flats, four units of two bedroom duplexes with a bedroom boy’s quarter and eight units of three – bedroom duplexes with one bedroom boy’s quarter.
Joseph said subscribers are expected to pay on a monthly basis for six months after initial payment, while delivery of property is three months after final payment.
Such persons he said would receive a deed of sales agreement and approved building plan from the company on payment of a fee.

Joseph also said By His Grace estate currently owns a land purchase agreement and registered survey. The process of securing the certificates of occupancy has commenced.
“The land is free from every known government acquisition, interest or adverse claimant as the registered survey has been lodged with the Ogun State Survey office with a copy of record in place.
“The estate holds a lot of promise on property value expected to appreciate within a short period by virtue of its closeness to the Iperu Remo Cargo Airport and the anticipated completion of the Lagos – Ibadan express way in 2017.
“By His Grace is also a stone throw from Nestle Nigeria PLC, Eterna Oil Plc, Honeywell PLC, Dangote Industries, Olabisi Onabanjo University Teaching hospital (OOUTH) and Babcock University,” he added
