OVER 40 exhibitors have indicated interest to participant in an Africa’s flagship annual summit for the real estate sector, popularly known as Real Estate Unite 2015, coming up next week in Lagos.

The two-day event, which is being promoted by 3INVEST promises to discuss in details “Connecting the DOTS in Africa’s Real Estate.” It will hold the 29th and 30th of September, 2015 at Eko Convention Centre, Victoria Island, Lagos.

Real Estate Unite is a three-tiered event hosting a conference, exhibition and awards with exclusive roundtable sessions.

CEO of 3INVEST, Ruth Obih, said the summit provides “an important platform for global real estate leaders to discuss most pertinent opportunities and issues in Africa’s real estate sector yearly.”

According to her, this year event will feature sessions such as ‘leaders meeting’, which is a closed-door meeting between industry stakeholders, government officials, investors and 3Invest with an emphasis on interacting and building relationships.

“African Women in Real Estate Meeting” (A.W.I.R.E) is a Networking platform that fosters growth and economic prosperity for women in real estate”, she added

“The D.O.T.S conversations”: These are engaging conversations by experts on Drivers, Opportunities, Transformation, and Sustainability (D.O.T.S) which we believe are the four building blocks that contribute to the long-term viability of the sector.

The exhibition, according to the organisers will run on both days of the event, while the awards dinner will hold on the evening of the second day.

Also, 3invest will be using this year’s occasion to launch its “run 2 build” initiative in honour of the millions of displaced Nigerians and those living in slums.
