Adron Homes poised to house Nigerians

As part of activities to make many Nigerians own their private homes, a Lagos based real estate company, Adron Homes and Properties Limited has launched a promo that offers a-30 per cent discount on all its lands in Lekki, Ikorodu, Shimwawa, Atan-Ota, Ibadan and Abuja.

As part of activities to make many Nigerians own their private homes, a Lagos based real estate company, Adron Homes and Properties Limited has launched a promo that offers a-30 per cent discount on all its lands in Lekki, Ikorodu, Shimwawa, Atan-Ota, Ibadan and Abuja.

Aside lands, the company is also giving out 10 per cent discount on the purchase of houses in any of its estates across the country. Though, those that made their purchases within the festive period got two rams and five litres of vegetable oil, the company’s management is extending the promo to enable many Nigerians, including those in the diaspora.

According to the company’s Group Chief Operating Officer, Mrs. Folashade Oloruntoba, “if a customer pays a minimum of N200,000 per plot the balance could be spread to the next 12 or 18 months depending on client’s choice and the location of the property. This is also applicable to any of our property during the promo. We are doing this as a way of empowering Nigerians, including those in the diaspora, to own at least a house in the country.

To encourage more people to own a property, Oloruntoba disclosed that Adron Homes has introduced a soft payment plan for people, especially those in the lower rung of the ladder in the society, who cannot pay lump sum of money at once to contribute as little as N200 or N500 on daily, weekly or monthly basis.

According to her, the scheme would enable people who believe that only the very rich can build houses, to own properties in any of our estates. Oloruntoba said that clients’ investments are adequately secure, especially as all the properties have genuine document and no family or land grabbing issues to contend with.

She: “All our estates have infrastructure and other amenities such as good roads network, proper drainage system, electricity. All the documents are genuine and there are not issues of land grabbers or ‘Omo onile’ to contend with.”
