Making the call yesterday, a chieftain of the All Progressive Congress in Osun state, Ayodele Kusamotu, said Nigerians should hope for a better future with the efforts being made to diversify the economy and eradicate poverty in the land.
Kusamotu, a lawyer was optimistic that the 2016 fiscal estimate by the current administration has raised hope of an improvement of the nation’s economy pointing out that about 30 percent of the proposed budget is for capital projects.

He noted that the change promised by Buhari during his campaign has started to manifest in his drive to fighting corruption and recovery of looted fund.
His words, “I will urge Nigerians to be patient with President Buhari in his desire to transform the nation.

Yes, he promised change but we should all remember that the process has to be gradual and people should continue to support the administration
Kusamotu, who aspired to represent the people of Boripe/Odo-Otin/Ifelodun Federal Constituency, advised the federal government to ensure that the military and other security agencies adhere to the rule of law in discharging their duties.

He expressed optimism that victory would come his way in a suit he instituted in court over the refusal of the leadership of APC in the state to issue him nomination form for the House of Representatives in the last election after payment of prescribed fee.

He said, ‘’I want to thank you again for your support and confidence reposed in me. I have not given up my ambition. As I speak with you, we are still in court with APC and we believe we have a fair chance of winning the case and the court will declare a proper representative of this constituency.”
