Oyedele, Dillz serves uplifting melodies in Hold Me

Oyedele
With tensions escalating globally, Nigerian Afro-fusion singer, Oyedele, has teamed up with Afro hip-hop act Dillz, to create a soulful bop dubbed, Hold Me. The emotive record soars for its therapeutic, yet groovy appeal.

“Dreams I cannot replace; I wish I could take a rest, but I fight for me/ Me on Me because I am proud of it/ Wouldn’t you be proud of me,” Dillz’ confidence radiates across his slow-paced raps.

Assisted by Oyedele’s funk-esque RnB vocals over a very catchy chorus, Hold Me soars with high recall value, as well as an overall exciting groove.

With the track, Oyedele, real name Peter Oyedele, continues his mission of using his music to help others on a journey towards self-discovery and development. His previous releases such as the ballad, Felt, is still making the rounds, bolstering the young Akure native’s notoriety among the alternative music scene in Nigeria.
