Senator Ben Murray Bruce and his colleagues in the National Assembly should hasten the adoption of the card reader and electronic voting in our Constitution and the electoral act.

This is because political violence is fueled/encouraged primarily by the opportunity available to politicians to rig and manipulate elections at the polling units and collation points.

The adoption of electronic voting will render political thugs and cultists useless and make the voter the king. It will save lives and also save the country huge sums of money used to deploy security personnel on election days.

But I am certain that the rogues in the National Assembly will argue that we are not ready for electronic voting but we are ready to die on election days.
