SIR: Permit me to appeal to the authority of PHCN in Warri business unit to come to our aid and save us from darkness and its attendant problems.
For years we have been suffering from lack of power supply resulting from an overloaded 750 KVA 6.6 system transformer located at the Ovwian junction. The situation is now dire. Please help us carry out some repairs to enable us have the feelings of modern men rather than consigning us eternally to the backwaters of underdevelopment.
