Ondo State governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa

The Odu’a Investment Company Limited, owned by the six South-West states, has urged Ondo State Governor, Lucky Aiyedatiwa, to support the conglomerate in achieving its goals for the region.

Chairman of the conglomerate, Abimbola Ashiru, who led other members of the Board of Directors to the governor in his office in Alagbaka, Akure, Ondo State capital, specifically implored the governor to promote the real estate sector owned by the Odu’a group in the state and appealed to citizens to support and patronise the company’s various businesses.

Ashiru, who said that the move would restore the vision and mission of the founding fathers, lauded the governor for his leadership style within his short time of assuming office and emphasised that the state had witnessed peace and harmony.

Aiyedatiwa, while responding, expressed gratitude for the group’s efforts in fostering prosperity over the years, emphasising the importance of top-notch packaging to attract global customers.

On agriculture, he said that it requires time and seasonal investment, reminiscing about how agriculture was the country’s primary source of wealth before oil.
