Youth Organisation Declares Support For APC Candidates

THE Progressives, a socio-political youth organisation in Papa-Ajao, Mushin, Lagos has declared its support for candidates of the All Progressives Congress (APC) for the Federal House of Representatives and State House of Assembly seat, Bolaji Yusuf Ayinla and Subur Olayiwola Olawale for the coming general elections.

The group revealed this at a rally held at Ojekunle Street, Wewe-Ladipo, Mushin, Lagos. According to the Secretary of the group, Ahmed Owolabi Gbeminiyi Abiola, who doubles as the Coordinator of APC in the area; the group’s resolve to support the APC candidates is premised on the group’s ideology and believe in non-violence, continuity and change as well as good governance.

“We believe that with the experience of these two candidates from our constituency and that of others from other constituencies in the state, Nigerians will experience the change that we all earnestly ask for in terms of policy formulation and implementation,” Abiola said.
