INEC officials arrive late at 012 and 013 polling units in Igando road, Ikotun. They arrived the polling booths by 11 am and accreditation commenced immediately.

One of the card readers was slowing down the process. Out of 10 persons examined, the card rejected 6.
The process is orderly, except for frustrations arising from the delays, which were expressed by the prospective voters with shouting, shoving, queue jumping and position contest.

Unarmed uniform Policemen manned the units and ensured peace and orderliness is maintained.

By 1.45 pm, accreditation was still going on in the polling units.

The situation at Association road Ikotun is similar. The process is slow but peaceful and orderly.
