TEDxGbagada 2015 holds Sept in Lagos

THE first edition of TEDxGbagada will hold at QuadT Event Centre in Gbagada, Lagos on September 19, 2015.

TEDxGbagada 2015 has the theme “Let There Be Light!” and the ultimate aim is to share ideas that will transform the polity.

The event will feature eight prominent speakers and a performance by multi-talented saxophonist, Adetuke Morgan.

According to Yemi Akamo, the organiser and licensee of TEDxGbagada, “This is a very important event to me and I have only one focus in mind – You, the attendees. We have searched and gathered from both near and far, the very best minds to help build stronger communities to enlighten, empower and expose us as individuals for greater service to each other. Speakers expected at the event are: Mark Essien: Software developer and the founder of Hotels.ng. Bayo Omoboriowo: President Muhammadu Buhari’s official photographer. Toyin Poju-Oyemade: founder of Storyteller Media. Toyin has worked with several media organisations. Bovi Ugboma: An actor, writer, comedian, and producer.
