Peace talks are necessary in a country that truly wants peace. But the problem still remains be it the government or the rebel faction in whose favour are these peace talks being held. The president ignorant statement by accusing his deputy of a coup without the necessary facts has caused more than 20 months of civil war amongst different ethnic tribes and different rebel factions. Such big political figures and players should mind statement next time. As regarding the peacetalks I suggest an open table dialogue and negotiations what are the burning issues on ground. What really do the rebel factions want in what ways has the present administration failed. Most rebel factions might have burning issues hidden within but waiting for the right atmosphere or a little mistake and use such opportunities to its fullest advantage. These are the things the government should consider. As Lomuro as rightly said this is not about sanctions people can have peace talks today and go to war tomorrow. Peace talks needs careful planning with all players that is both government and rebel factions in an agreement.
