Secondus, others in Delta as Anioma honours Okowa

Delta State Governor, Ifeanyi Okowa is being honoured today in Asaba by the people of Anioma in Delta North Senatorial district and the National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Prince Uche Secondus, three governors and other prominent Nigerians are expected to grace the grand occasion. 

The chairman, Media and Publicity, Patrick Ukah said the Anioma Nation decided to come together to give Okowa, a resounding reception to honour the governor as a true representation of what the Anioma Nation stands for. He further disclosed that prominent Deltans and Nigerians would attend the event, which will be chaired by former Presidential Economic Adviser, Philip Asiodu, the Ozoma of Asaba.

He defended the ceremony, saying that it is time to give honour to whom it is due.
