PRINCIPALS of secondary schools in Nigeria under the aegis of All Nigeria Confederation of Principals of Secondary Schools (ANCOPSS) have condemned the rising cases of examination malpractice in the country.

This was part of deliberation at ANCOPSS National Executive Council (NEC) meeting Wednesday in Umuahia, Abia State capital.

The theme of the meeting was ‘Examination Fraud in Nigeria: Implications for the Future of the Nation.”

Describing the theme as timely, ANCOPSS informed journalists of their 10-point recommendations.

According to them, examination fraud includes betrayal of trust on examination issues, stealing, forgery and manipulation of examination materials, and not just dictating answers to students in the exam hall.
