Gladiator designs vary in form and length, from suede and snakeskin to buckled, strapped and buff, to very long, medium and short length.

Here are a few easy ways to match your gladiators with your dressing:

. Wear shorter gladiator sandals with jeans and maxi dresses or skirts. Grecian gown wrap dresses are also an ideal match to carry on the “ancient” theme.

. Wear medium to knee-high length gladiator sandals with shorter dresses, especially dresses that sit above the knees, short skirts and shorts. You can also wear high gladiator sandals with pants or short length of pants. Be very careful when wearing the thigh-high gladiators, as there is a thin line between looking classy or trashy.

.The gladiator sandals always bring a whole lot of attention to your person, so don’t overdo your dressing and accessories and let the sandals speak for you.

. Select a simple black, white or other single colour outfit that is short in length and allow the length of the sandal to shine.
