“It stretches down to the stream by Kaduna Road, extending round the edges of the stream land (Fadama land) from South western direction to the north eastern direction. “This is through the edges of Magume area, up to the bordering of the Barau Dikko Hall of Ahmadu Bello University Teaching Hospital (ABUTH) in Tudun Wada, Zaria.”He averred that the land terminates at Kofar Doka,

Zaria, opposite the round about from the western direction, which is an area of 14.2 hectares, upon which the plaintiffs had built various houses and residences and a community Mosque since 1978.

Meanwhile, the incompetent among the newly recruited teachers in Kaduna State might still be sacked. The Chairman of the Kaduna State Universal Basic Education Board, (SUBEB), Nasiru Umar, disclosed this yesterday. He said the decision became necessary following the discovery that some of them might have bribed their way through the recruitment process.

El-rufai had recently at a roundtable in Abuja, disclosed that some of the applicants could not write their acceptance letter, when ordered to do so.Umar explained that the essence of writing the letter in the presence of the panel was to remove those who might have passed through the back door.

“The letters offered to them were probationary and could be terminated at any time, as it was clearly stated in the offer.“Even if they scale through, we are going to fish them out from the classrooms,” he said.Although he didn’t give details about the number of teachers involved, he said he would get the details from the Education Management Information System (EMIS).
