LawA MEMBER of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the House of Representatives, Philip Shuaibu has vowed to oppose and even lead the protest against the planned downward review of lawmaker’s emoluments.

This came as a former National President of the Nigerian Union of Journalists (NUJ), Mohammed Sani Zoro (APC-Jigawa) yesterday joined his counterpart in the upper chamber, Senator Shehu Sani, to voluntarily declare his assets as an elected officer and member of the House of Representative.

In a document circulated to newsmen at the National Assembly in Abuja yesterday, the lawmaker named two residential houses and an undeveloped plot in Kano state, one farmland in Gezawa local council area, one ongoing residential house as well as four undeveloped plots and a farmland at Gagarawa in Jigawa state.
