A CHIEFTAIN of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ogun State, Chief (Dr.) Femi Majekodunmi, has also praised President Muhammadu Buhari and the leadership of the party, over the peaceful resolution of the leadership crisis in the House of Representatives.
In a release issued in Abeokuta, the State capital, yesterday, Majekodunmi stated, “The amiable outcome of the tension showed the party (APC) as one that can handle its crisis no matter how big.”
In his view, commendation must be given to other national leadership of the party such as the National Chairman, Chief John Odigie-Oyegun, National Leader, Senator Bola Tinubu, other members of the Board of Trustees (BOT), National Working Committee (NWC) who, he said played fatherly roles in resolving the crisis.
According to the renowned medical doctor, “with the leadership role of the President and other leaders, they succeeded in making the warring camps demonstrate deep sense of patriotism, wisdom and maturity by finally arriving at a workable compromise.”
