Osinbajo to attend Anglican Communion meeting in Minna

Vice President Yemi Osinbajo has been scheduled to be Special Guest of Honour at the opening ceremony of the 2018 standing committee meeting of the Church of Nigeria (Anglican Communion) holding in Minna, the Niger State capital.

Vice President Yemi Osinbajo has been scheduled to be Special Guest of Honour at the opening ceremony of the 2018 standing committee meeting of the Church of Nigeria (Anglican Communion) holding in Minna, the Niger State capital.

The Communicator of the Diocese of Minna (Anglican Communion), Elder Akin Alofetekun, in a statement, said the Primate of the Church, the Most Revd. Nicholas D. Okoh, would be leading a team of about 1,000 archbishops, bishops and their wives as well as the laity to Minna to attend the meeting holding between Monday and Thursday this week at the Cathedral Church of St. Peter, Minna where issues affecting the Anglican Communion and issues of national and global concern would be discussed.
