Oil, gas council to host summit on energy investment in December
Against the backdrop of a newly elected government, the Oil and Gas Council is set to host a two-day summit dubbed, West Africa Energy Assembly in December.
The event, which will be holding in Lagos, seeks the audience of investors, financiers and oil and gas companies from around the world.
Themes for the event include: Investment and finance, gas to power projects, midstream and infrastructure development, upstream exploration and JVs and government policy among others.
With the focus of developing business opportunities in Nigeria’s oil and gas and power sectors, dignitaries such as ministers from Equatorial Guinea and Congo, Kola Karim, Osagie Okunbor and Wale Tinubu among others are expected at the summit.
