Obayan becomes Landmark University’s V.C.

The Executive Council, Living Faith Church Worldwide, led by the Chancellor and Chairman Board of Regents, Landmark University, Dr. David Oyedepo has confirmed and approved the appointment of Prof. Aize Obayan, as the second substantive Vice-Chancellor of the University.

The Executive Council, Living Faith Church Worldwide, led by the Chancellor and Chairman Board of Regents, Landmark University, Dr. David Oyedepo has confirmed and approved the appointment of Prof. Aize Obayan, as the second substantive Vice-Chancellor of the University.

The appointment of Obayan is with immediate effect. Professor Obayan,is the immediate past Vice-Chancellor of Covenant University, a position she held for eight academic sessions.

She is taking over from the acting Vice-Chancellor Prof.Joseph Afolayan, who has been serving since August, 2014.

Obayan, a seasoned academic, speaker and award winning university administrator was awarded the best Vice-Chancellor (Private Universities Category) in the year 2006 by the National Universities Commission (NUC).

She has won several awards and delivered keynote addresses, speaking on issues of Higher education, Management, Leadership and Gender, on a number of platforms, nationally and internationally.
