President Mohammadu Buhari on Thursday formally opened a two-day retreat with the 36 Ministers designate of the federal republic of Nigeria to inform them of the focus of his government, their role and the challenges ahead.

A release signed by the Director Press in the Office of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation (OSGF) Bolaji Adebiyi said “the retreat which is scheduled to last until Friday, November 6, 2015, will hold at the State House Conference Centre, Presidential Villa”, is meant for the President to parley with his designated cabinet members, before their swearing in.

    With this set of Ministers, a change has manifested at the top Executive level. This retreat should now instruct the Ministers to effect the needed change of all Parm Secs, Directors and all other Chief executives in MDAs. They are all saboteurs and largely not loyal to this regime. Leaving them will obviously scuttle the on going change.

    Before its late someone pls advise mr president to include a ministry of heavy industry to spur real industrialization to grow jobs and the gdp exponentially and a ministry of national integration ( or reconciliation) to address the restive ethnic earthquakes shaking the nation. Of course a comprehensive national restructuring is needed beyond half measures
