GOVERNOR Ikedi Ohakim of Imo State will on January 4, 2010, address prominent sons and daughters of the state at New Owerri Complex, Owerri.

According to a statement by the Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs, Kezie Ogaziechi, on behalf of the event’s planning committee, the summit, which started during the administration of Achike Udenwa, will afford Ohakim the opportunity to address Imo people “face to face” on his government’s performance, shortcoming and challenges.

The briefing is expected to afford the invitees the opportunity to ask the governor questions and state their expectations of him.
