FRIENDS and business associates of the National Chairman, Ondo State Eminent Persons Group (OSEG), Banji Alabi who turns 53 today, have organized a dinner in his honour.

  The dinner tagged ‘Happy Hour With Banji Alabi’, scheduled for the Eko Hotels, would be attended by many dignitaries among whom are Mr. Gbenga Elegbeleye, Director General, National Sports Commission, Chief Rotimi Ibidapo; an oil magnate and Chief Adesola Olateru-Olagbegi, an Owo prince.

  Meanwhile, the celebrant who is also a philanthropist, a Tax and Real Estate consultant, has urged politicians in the country to spare a moment in their campaign to remember the plight of the less privileged in the society, especially the physically -challenged and the internally-displaced people.

  Alabi, a lawyer and Managing Partner of Banji Alabi&Co, stated this during a chat with journalists in Lagos where he announced plan to visit some centres housing the less privileged in the state.

  Alabi, the Owo, Ondo State-born energy consultant lamented the way the less privileged and the physically challenged are discriminated against in the country.

  Prince Olateru-Olagbegi, who was also at the media chat eulogized the celebrant when he declared that, ”something within you separates you from the crowd. You have delivered on every target and goals set for you… People are naturally drawn to you because they sense your sincerity, unassailable integrity and leadership qualities.”
