To guard against cyber attacks, data solutions firm, MainOne and cyber security services provider, Radware, have partnered to offer Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attack detection and mitigation solution to safeguard services of financial, ecommerce and allied institutions.

The service is expected to provide best-in-class managed enterprise applications and network security against different kinds of cyber attacks, which have plagued institutions across the continent at an increasing rate over the past year.

Commenting on the partnership, the Chief Information Security Officer of MainOne, Chidinma Iwe, said, “Africa has experienced an unprecedented increase in sophisticated DDoS attacks across industries, including Financial Services, Oil and Gas, Manufacturing and eCommerce.
