LAPO empowers 611 students

LIFE Above Poverty Organisation (LAPO), owners of LAPO Microfinance Bank, yesterday awarded scholarship to 611 students in secondary and tertiary institutions, warning parents against deploying the funds for other use.

Speaking in Benin City at this year’s event, the bank’s Managing Director, Dr. Godwin Ehigiamusoe, also called for support from individuals and organisations, saying the beneficiaries were drawn from 28 states of the federation.
