Kano South rejects return of Gaya at National Assembly

A group from the Kano South Senatorial zone, yesterday, validated the candidacy of Hon. Abdulrahman Kawu Sumaila for Kano South Senatorial seat in the next general election.
A group from the Kano South Senatorial zone, yesterday, validated the candidacy of Hon. Abdulrahman Kawu Sumaila for Kano South Senatorial seat in the next general election.
Also, the group passed a vote of no confidence on the incumbent Senator, Kabiru Ibrahim Gaya from continued representation of the constituency in 2019.
Kawu Sumaila, a former three-term member at the House of Representatives, is at present Senior Special Assistant to President Muhammadu Buhari on National Assembly Matters.
