Inter Milan chief executive Ernesto Paolillo insist they are planning for the future with Jose Mourinho as manager.

Inter are targeting silverware on three fronts and on Wednesday they claimed the first of a possible treble when they won the Coppa Italia with a 1-0 defeat of Roma.

They face Chievo on today and could clinch their second silverware of the week in Serie A should results go their way.

Third up is the Champions League final later in the month when they face Bayern Munich after Mourinho’s tactics proved insurmountable for a previously spectacular Barcelona side in the semi final.

Mourinho has been constantly linked with a move away from the San Siro and reports have claimed he will move to Real Madrid once the season is over.

However, Paolillo has been quick to react and told FCinternews Magazine: “Mourinho is a great coach and conductor. His future? We have 20 important days in front of us and we are focusing on all the objectives.

“Saying that, I can confirm that the club are speaking about a future with Mourinho and no one else.”

Diego Milito scored the winning goal on Wednesday to claim the sixth Coppa Italia for the Nerazzurri who lead Roma by two points in Serie A after their 2-0 triumph at Lazio in the last round.

Should Roma fail to beat Cagliari and Inter win against Chievo, the Nerazzurri will clinch their fifth straight scudetto with a game in hand.

“We are extremely happy to have won the first title that is up for grabs,” said Milito.

“Now we are going for the other two.We have two more games in Serie A and we need to go out and win both.”

Chievo will have a big say in the destination of the Serie A title as today’s game is followed by a season finale at home to Roma next week, when Inter travel to Siena, with the Tuscany side already relegated to Serie B.

Chievo have warned they will not lie down in northern Italy today and they will battle for the three points when the teams meet.
