As part of remembrance of the death of Master Daniel Ogechi, a Foundation floated in his honour — the Daniel Ogechi Akuchebo Memorial Foundation (DOAMF) — on Wednesday donated a multi-million-naira first-aid facility to the City Primary and Secondary School, Owerri.

The gesture was done in collaboration with Diamond Bank Plc. The sickbay, according to the donors, is to help the school in treating accident victims before taking them to the hospital.

An official of the Foundation, Sorochi Ugorji, said the organization, which was founded in 2006, was to honour Master Daniel, who lost his life in a ghastly auto crash in the South West.

She noted that the Foundation had established and donated life-saving tools and equipment such as Accident and Trauma Centre, Eye and Blood Screening and Testing centres, to organisations in many parts of the country.
