Former SSG canvasses supports for Ishaku

The yearnings and aspirations of the people of Taraba State, according to the immediate past Secretary to the State Government (SSG), Gebon Timothy Kataps, could only come to reality if peace was allow to reign in the state.

Citing some projects, which had been established in nooks and crannies of the state by the present administration, the feats, he said was made possible following the existing peace in the communities where such projects were cited.

The former SSG who made this known yesterday in an exclusive interview with our reporter in Jalingo, stressed on the need for the people to adhere to the slogan of the state governor, which said, “give me peace and I will give you development.”

Noting that the dream of the governor to catapult the state to the peak, was “possible”, the people, he solicited “should endeavour to play their roles by eschewing acts capable of igniting dust in their domains and the state at large.”
