Drugfield Pharmaceuticals, WWCV reward, certify drug distribution partners

As part of effort to ensure effective drug distribution chain in Nigeria as well as sale of quality medicinal products, Drugfield Pharmaceutical (DGF) Limited and its distribution partners, Worldwide Commercial Ventures (WWCV), have rewarded distributors nationwide.

As part of effort to ensure effective drug distribution chain in Nigeria as well as sale of quality medicinal products, Drugfield Pharmaceutical (DGF) Limited and its distribution partners, Worldwide Commercial Ventures (WWCV), have rewarded distributors nationwide.

Speaking at the award forum, the Group Managing Director, Drugfield Pharmaceuticals, Pharm. Olakunla Ekundayo said the recognition, which is the maiden edition, was an avenue to foster relationship between the company and its distributors to ensure effective circulation of medicinal products in the Nigerian market.He said it also seeks to appreciate the contributions of the distributors and reward their outstanding performance in the last one-year in the distribution of quality products.

The 20 distributors who were also awarded certificate include Stan Ejyke Pharmacy, Onitsha, Spine Product Pharmacy, Lagos, Ashfort Pharmaceuticals limited, Onitsha, Grace Johnson Pharmacy, Lagos, Lamed Pharmacy, Jos, Kuka Medical Limited, Kano, Goodall Pharmacy, Ibadan, Fiolu Pharmacy, Ilorin, Klen Pharmacy, Abuja, ABJ Pharmaceuticals Limited, Lagos and New Health Pharmacy, Abuja among others.

The National Manager, Sales, WWCV, Vimal Kumar, said the partnership with the distributors was a synergic approach to ensure quality drugs manufactured in the country are distributed to save the lives of consumers.He, however, added that the drug distributors are registered drug outlets certified by the Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (PCN) to ensure the drugs were in safe hands.
