Don asks Buhari to probe education sector
THE Vice Chancellor of Samuel Adegboyega University, Ogwa, Edo State, Prof. Benard Aigbokhan, yesterday advised President Muhammadu Buhari to beam his corruption searchlight into the education sector in order to address the monumental rot bedevelling the sector.
Prof. Aigbokhan, who stated this at a press briefing held yesterday in Lagos during of the maiden convocation of the institution scheduled for Friday, August 4, 2015, said that though corruption is a national issue in the country, but if the President institutes principle of good governance at the national level, universities and other educational institutions would follow suit, and the sector would be transformed.
