Not yet assuaged. The South East has gotten nothing yet from Buhari. E. Uneze, as an executive director, he is still subservient to the managing director, Kuru.

Charly…charly…stop being tribalistic. Look at the merit thereof. Buhari fire a man with the following record :Mr. Chike-Obi founded Madison Park Advisors, a financial service advisory and consulting firm in New Jersey, U.S.A, specializing in hedge fund and private equity investment advice and served as its managing partner. He also held senior positions in various Wall Street firms including Goldman Sachs, Bear Stearns and Guggenheim Partners among others. He graduated from University of Lagos with a First class degree in Mathematics and an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business. And hired one with records of bankphb, keystone bank, and enterprise bank. And no educational history in public domain. This is the merit.

Condlina, come out of your cocoon and identify yourself. First, I need to know where you’re from. This is not a matter of tribe. It is politics, appointment and national character. Of the over 20 appointments made by Mr. Buhari so far, you can do the maths.

Did your people vote for APC? How come now you people are fighting for every appointments made by APC. Let these be big lesson to your people, there is nothing like hates in politics only your interest matters.

So because people did not vote for the APC, they should have no right to make their voice heard in matters that concerns them right?

Brother, you are seriously offtrack. Competence on the job matters ahead of tribal affinity. As long as the best man gets to handle or do the job then it shouldn’t be a problem. Though I will agree that no one section of the country has the best hands

Na waa for you sef… lol. Make you chew small kola, before you read my comments. Chike Obi senior, died in 2008. He was the first professor of Mathematics in Sub-Saharan Africa. Incidentally, has very active on the Biafran side during the war ( even as a prof, working directly under Ojukwu). The senior Obi, also a politician had been jailed, with Awo in the past by Military on accusations of overthrow of government. Buhari fought on the Nigerian side. It is hard to separate these things from his motives. Do you now better understand the possible discomfort of Buhari, with Obi’s son who is also a first-class Mathematics and Stanford Business graduate. Stanford is not ABU…ooo. But Buhari, cannot know that… he never wrote a thesis or term paper. Education, global acclaim and merit means nothing to him. See the post by James.

Well said Condolina…He just sacked someone with ample experience and track records and hired a nobody to run it in line with the Hausa Fulani way of thinking and Governance.
