British institute, firm back rebranding of protocol practice in Nigeria

To ensure efficiency in protocol practice, the European School of Protocol and the British School of Protocol, as well as Makeway Consulting firm, organized a training programme in London to certify members of the Association of Certified Protocol Practitioners in Nigeria.

The programme, which was to promote and enhance the re-branding scheme of the protocol industry in Nigeria focused on building business leaders with high profile diplomatic protocol intelligence.

Speaking at the event, Senior Lecturer and Director of the School, Dusha Barbara Vidanovich,  commended the visiting delegation and noted that Nigeria is a huge market with potential opportunities open for investors, especially in the Protocol industry.

Vidanovich pointed out relevant framework that will enhance working solutions to the growth and development of the industry.

President of the Association, Patricia Kenneth-Divine, stated that collaborations with these institutes will help promote standards, best practices and also facilitate investment and partnership opportunities in the protocol industry, as well as the aviation and infrastructure sectors in Nigeria.

She added that the visit would create a platform for collaborative relationship with UK companies which want to strategically engage with partnership opportunities in the relevant sectors.

Secretary to the Association and Head of Administration/Protocol Century Group, Michael Ikinbor, further emphasized the vision  to empower many protocol practitioners  and hopefully increase capacity, output, improve supply chain, business growth in the Nigerian economy.
