As the 11th Extraordinary Session of the African Union opens tomorrow at the African Union (AU) headquarters in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, a review of the body’s institutional reform processes and its financing are to top the agenda.

Nigeria’s delegation to the five-day event is to be led by the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Geoffrey Onyeama.

The continental body’s Executive Council Meeting holds between November14 and 15 while its General Assembly is billed for the 17th and 18th of this month.

A statement issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs pledged the country’s commitment to the reforms.
