1.Coconut Oil

Coconut oil’s skin benefits include strengthening the epidermal tissue, removing dead skin cells, protecting us from sunburns, and containing antibacterial, antiviral, antifungal and antioxidant properties. Coconut oil is strong enough to fight chronic skin diseases and inflammation.
