We all know how it feels to wake up one morning andhave absolutely no idea o what to do with our hair, natural, permed or in extensions. One thing is sure, you can never go wrong with the perfect bun.
Sock Bun
- Secure your ponytail where you’d like the bun to be and slide your nylon socks (it’s easier to conceal, also get a colour of socks that matches your hair colour).
- Start with the ends of your hair and begin rolling the sock and hair inside down towards the base of the ponytail.
- Secure your bun with a hair ties and you are good to go.
Braid Bun
- Part you hair into two sections from behind, stopping at the top of your head.
- Weave each section, till you have two braids.
- Grab the ends of your braids and use a small hair elastic to bind them together into a ponytail on the very top of your head.
Pigtail Bun
- Tie the pigtails as close together as possible in the middle of the back of your head.
- Wrap the ends around each other, creating the bun.
- Secure with bobby pins.
Lazy Bun
- Pull your hair up as if you’re going to put it into a ponytail.
- Twist your hair until it coils around itself.
- Tug out a piece of hair from the side of your head. (no hair accessories needed!!)
- Pull the sliver of hair over and around the bun to keep it in place.
The Messy Bun
Comb your hair thoroughly.
Catch it in a loose ponytail, then grab the end of the ponytail and carefully wrap it towards the base of your head
Secure your messy hair updo with another elastic band.
Wrapp the band two or three times around the updo, for good measure.
