Recipe For Toasted Coconut Cookies

It’s the weekend and you’re probably stressed from all the work of the week. To add flavour and invention to your life, here is the recipe for toasted coconut cookies.

Serve with milk for adults and kids. Have some oven fun.


• 200g — Light brown sugar
• 250g — Soft butter
• 420g — Flour
• 1 teaspoon — Baking powder
• 140g — Toasted coconut
• 3 large eggs
• 2 teaspoons — Vanilla or exotic flavour

Put butter and sugar in a bowl and mix until creamy. Add egg, one at a time, beat until well mixed. Add vanilla or exotic flavour and mix it together. In another bowl, measure and sift the flour and the baking powder. Add toasted coconut into the flour mixture and pour it into the butter and sugar, fold it in, you can add chocolate chips for good measure. Grease your baking pans and drop the mixture onto the greased pans. Bake for about eight to 11 minutes until they are golden brown. Remove from oven and leave to cool.
