Kunle Afolayan recently released the official trailer for his new movie The Bridge starring Chidinma Ekile as Stella and Demola Adedoyin as Obadare.
The intriguing movie sees Stella, a young lady from a distinguished Igbo family, in a strong relationship with Obadare, a Yoruba prince. Their relationship is threatened by tribal prejudice and parental plans for their lives. When the couple secretly weds against their parents’ wishes, the consequence shakes the very foundation and sustenance of both families.
The Bridge also features Zack Orji, Binta Ayo Mogaji, Kunle Afolayan, Ken Erics, Lanre Hassan, Adebayo Salami, Tina Mba, Lere Paimo Wole Olowomojuore, Lanre Hassan, Jimoh Aliu and Mama Ray-Eyiwumi.
The movie, which was set in Ilorin, Kwara State, was produced by Lasun Ray and directed by Kunle Afolayan.
The movie debuts today, December 8, 2017. Watch the trailer below.
