It takes a lot of effort to try and be healthy but that’s the point: nothing good comes easy.
The one thing(s) you should stay away from:
Fast foods
The amount of calories one fast food meal contains is almost equal to the number of calories one must consume in the entire day! While some of these calories come from protein, most come from the sugar (of the soda) and the fat (usually the burger and fries!) in the food.
