Stephanie Kadiri is the CEO of Red Instinxts, a company that is the official marketing distributor of the talking books and pen, which are registered products of Mavis Computel Limited, for Lagos and its environs. All products are proudly made in Nigeria.

What problem does your company solve?
Educational and knowledge inadequacies, ineffective communication mechanisms and organisational/institutional dysfunction.

How did the idea for your business come about?
The need and desire to have an alternative source of income aside a regular job and to build a lasting legacy. I particularly wanted to engage myself with something I was passionate about and could do for the long haul.

What would you say are the top three skills needed to be a successful entrepreneur?
Passion, Devotion, Resilience.

What have been some of your failures, and what have you learned from them?
Taking on more financial investments than can be managed. I have learned to make viable analysis of investment options and their credibility before engaging funds.

How long do you stick with an idea before giving up?
I hardly ever give up on my ideas. I could just modify it with the turn of events.

How many hours do you work a day on average?
It varies, depending on how intense the assignments/appointments are.

What motivates you?
When I see or hear about people that have impacted the world by their acts of greatness, I am inspired to leave my mark in the sands of time and a legacy for posterity to ride on rather than just be a statistics in history.

How do you generate new ideas? Personal meditation and sharing with people with whom I share same passions.

What are your ideals?
Excellence, integrity, trust, resilience, effective communication, focus, and hope.

How do you define success?
Having built a lasting legacy that is mutually beneficial to self and society.

What is the best way to achieve long-term success?
I am still in the process, but I believe that passion, devotion, resilience and focus will get one to the desired goal.

Who has been your greatest inspiration?
Oprah Winfrey and Indra Nooyi.
