What problems do you solve?

I help businesses and professionals improve on their performance by empowering them with the right skills, with a special focus on using right sales strategies and customer centric strategies to build and grow their businesses.

What ignited the spark in you to specialise in Customer Service

The nature of my job gave me the opportunity to build very important skills on the job, mostly acquired via practical interface with customers and vast trainings on the job.

My job role in business development allowed me to closely interface with thousands of entrepreneurs and business owners. It opened my eyes to their pains, which bothered around sales, growth, staffing challenges, structures and all.

I became passionate about helping them and I kept getting results by sharing strategies and showing them what to do.

I also love teaching and saw this as an opportunity to help empower them and their staff. My passion for customer service and sales has gotten me to where I am now. I believe they both go together and it is a major way to grow your business and distinguish your brand.

What would you say are the top three skills needed to be a successful entreprenuer?

Integrity. Determination. Ability to keep learning.

How did you respond to failure as an entreprenuer?

Learn your lessons and start again. Don’t dwell on your failures.

How long do you stick with an idea before giving up?
I hardly give up. I keep at it, pray and push to achieve it.

Describe your typical day

Work, work, work

What motivates you?

Determination to succeed and leave a mark and legacy.

How would you define success?

Success is when you get people who say you have affected them positively. That, to me, is success.
