Director of Administration, Opral Benson Beauty Training Institute, Yaba, Lagos, Pastor Kehinde Ogundimu, has charged the newly matriculated students of the institute to be diligent, disciplined and focused in their programmes so as to attain lofty heights in life. He was speaking during the first batch of the 2016 matriculation ceremony in which 35 students took the matriculation oath. Ogundimu stressed that these attributes accounted for excellence in every endeavour, and going contrary to them would ruin their ambition in the future.

He said the institute which was established 31 years ago to empower youths for professionalism, self-employment, job opportunities and career prospects, has produced professional men and women who are doing greatly in their endeavour. He called on government, leaders of industry and political figures to partner with the institute on youth empowerment and capacity building in order to reduce the rate of unemployment in the country. He advised the students to pay attention to skills acquisition and capacity building programmes so as to be self-reliant and employers of labour.

On her part, Proprietress of the institute, Dr. Opral Mason Benson advised the students to be dedicated in their programmes so as to achieve success.
