THE Lagos State Local Government Service Commission (LGSC) has begun the collation of results for 4, 200 officers of the state’s local councils who participated in the 2015 promotion and conversion examinations.

The exercise, which the Permanent Secretary of the Commission, Mr. Jamiu Adewale Ashimi said started with Agbado Oke-Odo, Agboyi-Ketu, Apapa-Iganmu and Ayobo-Ipaja local council development areas, as well as Agege, Ajeromi-Ifelodun, Alimosho, Amuwo-Odofin and Apapa councils, would end on Monday, September 7, 2015.

A statement issued by the Press and Public Relations Officer
 of the Commission, Adeyinka Gbemibade, 
stated that the collation of results for Badagry-West, Bariga, Coker-Aguda, Egbe-Idimu, Ejigbo, Eredo and Eti-Osa East local council development areas as well as Badagry, Epe and Eti-Osa councils was concluded on Tuesday, September 1, 2015.

She stated that the Permanent Secretary, in a bid to ensure a hitch free collation exercise and timely release of the final results, directed all the Council Managers and Human Resources Officers to join in the collation exercise.

Each council and local council development area, she said, are to strictly adhered to the allotted dates.

Ashimi further urged officers, who participated in the exercise, to check their results at the Commission.
