UK and Dubai based firm, BtoB Events have concluded arrangements to host hundreds of international beauty brands at an international hair and beauty trade event scheduled to hold in Lagos.

The event, Beauty West Africa is a free-to-attend three-day trade event taking place in November and will showcase the world’s leading cosmetics and hair care brands, the organisers said.

In a statement released by the firm, more than 3,000 beauty professionals – including beauticians, salon owners, distributors and importers, cosmetic and hair product retailers – are expected to attend the event.

The event would create opportunities for exporters, manufacturers and suppliers of beauty and cosmetics, as well as regulatory and business experts, the group said.

According to the firm, the exhibition presents an exciting opportunity to find out about the latest trends in beauty, sample new products and make new business contacts and deals.

It noted that more than 100 exhibitors would be promoting 1,000s of products, many of which are new to the Nigerian hair and beauty market.

It said companies taking part include local businesses through to leading international companies with country pavilions that will include Turkey, South Africa, Egypt and Indonesia.

The firm said a conference and seminar programme means visitors would be able to participate in discussions and gain insights from leading business women within the beauty sector.

Live demonstrations from celebrity stylists will add to the visitor experience.
