ARIT of Africa Limitde, exclusive distributor in Nigeria and Ghana for the multiple award-winning ESET NOD32 Antivirus & Smart Security solutions, is launching its latest version 4.2 at the CTO exhibition holding at the MUSON centre from May 11-14, 2010.

Last year’s exhibition saw the introduction of the 4.0 version. The 4.2 version promises to be more dynamic. From its compact and friendly user interface to its very small system foot print, users will receive the best possible proactive detection against viruses, trojans and malware without necessarily slowing down their system.

Mrs. Ronke Okeremi, executive director – Arit of Africa Ltd in a chat with the media recently said ‘ESET is a very strong brand, doing well in the market since its official launch into the market last year and that is why we have adopted this year’s CTO again to launch the new version of the product.’ The new ESET 4.2 version has a number of upgraded features such as the ESET Authentication Server for the enterprise users.

Computer and Internet viruses pose the greatest threat to security of data in today’s business world. ESET represents the solution with its Advanced ThreatSense Technology, using multiple layers of threat detection developed to proactively protect users from new attacks, even during the critical 1st hour of a malware outbreak when other brands are not even aware the attack exists.

ESET represents the latest advanced technology in the fight against cyber threats. ESET is known to “detect and disable both known and unknown viruses, trojans, worms, adware, spyware, rootkits and other Internet threats.” It is your best defense against cyber threats. ESET combines speed, accuracy and small system foot prints to deliver the award-winning proactive antivirus and antispyware protection without affecting the systems performance unlike other known brands.

At this year’s CTO, the company amongst other activities lined up will educate visitors that will come to their ESET stand on the importance of using licensed antivirus and security software on personal computers for the home users and on the network for the enterprise users.

‘The value of what is lost in the name of cutting corners can’t be quantified at the end of the day says Ronke Okeremi, Executive Director, Arit of Africa Ltd. According to her, users can trust and rely on ESET’s efficacy and strength for comprehensive protection every hour, minute and second of the day.

In addition to its many laudable qualities “ESET is also one of the fastest antivirus & security solutions as users would not even notice it is running. For IT and Security professionals, it is very easy to build group policies and manage updates. For end users, it’s incredibly easy to use and highly effective. With ESET your calls for virus outbreaks is next to nil.

In conclusion, Mrs. Okeremi says that as part of activities for the CTO week, there will be a special week long promo on the single user, one year licenses for the consumer public and also special discounts for the enterprise customers for deals closed within the week.
