The Guardian’s Odita Nominated For The 12th ASWA
No diligence goes in vain, it is usually rewarded one way or the other, for the crime reporter, Odita Sunday of The Guardian Newspapers, who has been nominated for the Africa Security watch Awards, Conference and exhibition (ASWA), it is based on his commitment, dedication, eyes-for–details and research, which according the awarding body, has assisted in providing security and safety for all the people in Nigeria.
The event, which will be held in United States of America, is in line with the organisers’ drive to provide an international platform to celebrate Africa’s best in security, safety, transport and environment. It is also aimed at creating a credible forum for networking and cross-fertilization of ideas by experts and colleagues.
The decision to nominate him for the award was taken at the 2015 awards panel of judges retreat held in Lagos and it is billed to take place from November 4-6 at the Houston North Hotel, Houston, Texas, USA.
