Aso Multimedia, organisers of Queen of Aso Nigeria Beauty Pageant, would partner Sofa Lounge for the 2015 edition scheduled for September 13. Chief Executive Officer, Agboola Desmond, said early in the week that arrangements have been concluded for this year’s outing, which is the 10th in the series.
The event, which is slated to hold at Abuja Sheraton Hotels, will also serve to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the pageant.

Agboola, “All is set for the crowning of Ambassador of Sofa 2015 – the brand ambassador of the Lounge. After 10years of making history and landmark, it is deserving that we roll out drums to celebrate achievements in the area of beauty pageant in Nigeria”.

The search for who will represent the nation’s seat of power for 2015 has reached its peak with 27 contestants, each representing an ethnic group in Nigeria. The grand finale promises to be spectacular, as it plans to feature Little Queen of Aso Nigeria Beauty Pageant. Other activities planned for the day include Aso Outstanding Awards. About 15 distinguished Nigerians have been short-listed for the award.

The event will be attended by who-is-who in the country, including Nigeria’s Vice President, Professor Yemi Oshinbajo, as Special Guest of Honour. Also to feature at the event are top musicians and comedians across the country.

The organisers informed that the overall winner of the pageant, The Aso Queen 2015, would represent Nigeria at Miss Tourism Universe and Miss Africa Naiades 2015 pageants.
